Terms of Use

Effective Date: July 27, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the AI Engineering Proficiency Assessment Platform provided at endtoend.it (the "Service") by endtoend.it, a sole trader operating in Israel under the trade name "endtoend.it" ("endtoend.it," "we," "us," or "our"). The Service is offered to organizations ("Customer," "Organization," or "you," when the contracting party is a company) and, through an Organization's workspace, to individual engineers and other personnel the Organization authorizes to use the Service ("Authorized Users").

By creating an account, claiming a domain, accepting an invitation, or otherwise accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an Organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that Organization, in which case "you" refers to the Organization.

1.1 Eligibility and Who May Use the Service

  • The Service is intended for professional, workforce-related use by software engineering organizations and their personnel. It is not directed to consumers and is not a general social or entertainment product.
  • Users must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal working majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
  • The Service requires a business or work email address. Signup using public or disposable email domains (e.g., free consumer webmail used to circumvent organizational identity) is blocked and prohibited.

1.2 Accounts, Organizations, and Domain Claims

  • An individual who signs up using a verified work email and claims a company domain creates an Organization workspace and a unique assessment URL (/assess/{slug}) for that Organization.
  • The person who claims a domain, or is designated as such, becomes an Organization Owner/Manager and is responsible for administering the workspace, including inviting or granting access to Authorized Users, and for the accuracy of the domain claim.
  • The Organization is responsible for: (a) ensuring it has the right to claim and administer its domain; (b) all activity occurring under its workspace; (c) obtaining any consents or providing any notices required under applicable law (including employment and works-council/labor law) before inviting engineers to take assessments; and (d) the acts of its Authorized Users in connection with the Service.
  • We may verify domain ownership and may suspend or reject a domain claim we reasonably believe is fraudulent, unauthorized, or in error.
  • Authorized Users must keep login credentials confidential and promptly notify us of any suspected unauthorized access via info@endtoendit.io.

1.3 License to Use the Service

Subject to these Terms, we grant the Organization and its Authorized Users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service during the applicable subscription or pilot term, solely for the Organization's internal business purposes of assessing AI engineering proficiency.

1.4 Our Intellectual Property

  • We (and our licensors) own all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including the assessment question bank, adaptive questionnaire logic, rubrics, scoring models, prompts, reports, templates, and the underlying software, UI, and documentation (collectively, "endtoend.it IP").
  • Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of endtoend.it IP to Customer or any Authorized User. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
  • You may not copy, extract, reverse engineer, catalog, republish, or create derivative works from the question bank, rubrics, or scoring methodology, except as expressly permitted in writing.

1.5 Customer Content and License to Us

"Customer Content" means information, responses, files, and materials that the Organization or its Authorized Users submit to the Service, including assessment answers, reasoning/workflow transcripts, and AI development environment discovery reports.

Customer retains all rights in Customer Content. Customer grants us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, transmit, analyze, and display Customer Content solely to: (a) operate, provide, secure, and support the Service; (b) generate scores, dashboards, and reports as described in the Service; (c) maintain assessment integrity and platform security; and (d) improve and support the Service, including via aggregated or de-identified analytics, as described in the Privacy Policy.

We will not use Customer Content to train third-party foundation models beyond what is necessary for real-time scoring, except as described in the Privacy Policy or as separately agreed.

1.6 Acceptable Use

You will not, and will not permit others to:

  • Scrape, crawl, harvest, mass-download, or otherwise systematically extract the question bank, rubrics, or scoring logic;
  • Share, publish, or distribute assessment questions, answers, or answer keys with the intent of enabling others to defeat the integrity of an assessment;
  • Use bots, automation, proxies, impersonation, collusion, or any other means to complete or influence an assessment on behalf of someone else, or to falsify identity;
  • Upload malware, or upload source code, credentials, secrets, or personal data belonging to third parties unless strictly necessary and permitted, and in all cases you must not upload secrets (API keys, passwords, tokens) or unnecessary personal data in environment discovery reports;
  • Use the Service to conduct unlawful surveillance or monitoring of personnel beyond legitimate, disclosed workplace assessment purposes, or in violation of applicable employment, labor, works-council, or data protection law;
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or probe the Service to discover underlying models, prompts, or rubrics;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it or related systems.

1.7 Assessment Integrity and Anti-Gaming

Assessments are designed to measure genuine proficiency. We may use technical and procedural measures to detect anomalies, collusion, or attempts to game results. We may flag, invalidate, or annotate results we reasonably believe were obtained through prohibited conduct under §1.6. We do not guarantee detection of all such conduct.

1.8 Manager Visibility vs. Engineer Assessment Content

  • Organization Owners/Managers can access scorecards, completion status, aggregate summaries, and trend data for engineers in their Organization.
  • Organization Owners/Managers cannot, through the Service, access an engineer's raw assessment answers, full reasoning/workflow transcripts, underlying environment discovery evidence, or rubric evidence excerpts. Only derived scores and summaries are exposed to managers.
  • This design reflects current product behavior and is described further in the Privacy Policy. It does not override an Organization's independent legal obligations (e.g., in litigation, regulatory, or internal investigation contexts) — see §1.9.
  • Exception: we may disclose an Authorized User's raw answers, transcripts, or underlying evidence to the Organization outside the normal product UI where reasonably necessary for a legal dispute, regulatory request, or a good-faith assessment-integrity investigation under §1.7. Any such disclosure will be handled manually, restricted to what is necessary for the specific matter, and logged internally. This is not available as a routine or self-serve feature for Organization Owners/Managers.

1.9 Compelled Disclosure

We may access, preserve, or disclose Customer Content if required by law, legal process, or governmental request, or where we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of endtoend.it, its users, or the public, or to enforce these Terms.

1.10 AI Features Disclaimer

  • The Service uses AI/LLM-based components (including third-party models) to assist in scoring, classifying, and evaluating reasoning and workflow responses.
  • AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or reflect model limitations. Scores, summaries, and reports are indicators of demonstrated proficiency at a point in time, not certifications, guarantees, or a substitute for an Organization's own hiring, promotion, or employment decisions and judgment.
  • Organizations are solely responsible for how they use assessment results in employment-related decisions, including compliance with applicable anti-discrimination, labor, and (where relevant) automated-decision-making laws (e.g., NYC Local Law 144-type regimes, EU AI Act obligations for employment-related AI systems, GDPR Art. 22).

1.11 Confidentiality of Assessment Content

The question bank, rubrics, scoring criteria, and other non-public elements of the Service are confidential and proprietary to endtoend.it. Organizations and Authorized Users must not disclose them to third parties except as needed for legitimate internal use of the Service.

1.12 Fees and Seats

  • The Service is currently provided free of charge, subject to seat limits based on the Organization's declared engineer-count band.
  • We reserve the right to introduce fees for continued use of the Service at any time, at our discretion. If we do, we will provide reasonable advance notice to Organization Owners before any charge applies to that Organization, and continued use after the effective date of pricing will constitute acceptance of the then-current fees. We are under no obligation to keep the Service free indefinitely.
  • Once paid plans are introduced, fees, seat limits, billing cycles, and payment terms will be set out in an order form, invoice, or in-product purchase flow incorporated by reference into these Terms, along with standard billing terms (e.g., auto-renewal, taxes, late payment, refund policy) to be added at that time.
  • Exceeding declared seat/engineer-count bands may require a plan upgrade or additional fees, as applicable, once paid plans exist.

1.13 Warranties Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE, INCLUDING AI-GENERATED SCORES OR OUTPUTS, WILL BE ACCURATE, ERROR-FREE, OR UNINTERRUPTED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ASSESSMENT RESULTS ARE A GUARANTEE OF AN INDIVIDUAL'S JOB PERFORMANCE OR SUITABILITY.

1.14 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE EXCLUDE ALL LIABILITY OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, AND LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE SERVICE IS USED ENTIRELY AT THE ORGANIZATION'S OWN RISK.

1.15 Indemnification

By Customer: The Organization will indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from third-party claims arising from (a) Customer Content, (b) the Organization's or its Authorized Users' violation of these Terms or applicable law (including employment/labor law in connection with use of assessment results), or (c) unauthorized data submitted to the Service.

By us: Given the total liability exclusion in §1.14, we do not provide a separate indemnification commitment at this stage.

1.16 Suspension and Termination

  • We may suspend or restrict access to the Service, in whole or part, for security reasons, suspected violation of §1.6/§1.7, non-payment (once applicable), or as needed to comply with law.
  • Either party may terminate for the other's uncured material breach following 30 days' written notice, or immediately for insolvency-type events.
  • Upon termination: (a) access to the Service ends; (b) Customer Content is retained and deleted per the retention schedule in the Privacy Policy, subject to backups and legal holds; export requests, where not available self-serve, can be made by emailing info@endtoendit.io and will be handled manually on a best-efforts basis; (c) Sections addressing IP, confidentiality, fees owed, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination.

1.17 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice (e.g., email to Organization Owners and/or in-product notice) before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance.

1.18 Governing Law; Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the competent courts of Israel, for any dispute.

1.19 Miscellaneous

Entire agreement; no waiver; severability; assignment (not assignable by Customer without consent, except in connection with a merger/reorganization/sale of substantially all assets); force majeure; independent contractors; no third-party beneficiaries; notices to the addresses/emails on file.
